1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Shoretic, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Shoretic provides email verification and list cleaning services. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that Shoretic assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to verify email addresses generated randomly or to verify lists purchased from third parties without consent ("cold lists"). We have a zero-tolerance policy for spam.

4. Payment and Refunds

Prepaid Services Only: All services provided by Shoretic are billed on a strictly prepaid basis. You must purchase credits or a subscription before utilizing the verification services.

No Refunds: All sales are final. Shoretic does not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any unused subscription time, unused credits, or dissatisfaction with the service results. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Shoretic or Niyantri Labs be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
